1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to review and confirmation by Lisa's. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from me and I reserve the right to cancel or change the appointment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests and you may be charged the full cost of your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (repeated no-shows) will result in restrictions on future bookings.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash, bank transfer, or PayPal.

No refunds will be provided for completed services. Deposits may be taken for some services which must be paid in advance.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

All new clients requiring on-scalp colour services must complete a patch test at least 24-48 hours before their appointment.

Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.

If you have any concerns about your health or suitability for treatment, please consult your GP before booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.

Due to limited space in my home salon, please do not bring family members or guests to your appointment unless previously arranged.

Please ensure you have completed any required consultation forms or patch tests before your appointment.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and store your personal information solely for booking and appointment purposes.

Your data will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

7. Liability and Insurance

While we take every care to provide safe and professional services, you acknowledge that beauty treatments carry inherent risks.

We maintain appropriate insurance for our services, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

You agree to inform us immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns following your treatment or had reactions to colours previously.

8. General Terms

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to future bookings.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
